By using Astro Precise you agree to these terms. They are written to be plain and fair. In short: the astronomy is computed honestly and offered for reflection and enjoyment — not as professional advice — and anything you buy is a digital product or a made-to-order print, sold on the clear terms below.

Who we are

The service

We make personalised digital astrology readings, computed from the birth details you type and delivered by email and/or unlocked on your device with a licence key; numbered prints — the number identifies the series and the order of fulfilment, it is not a limited-edition cap; and free sky-condition forecasts. Underneath, positions are computed from published astronomical algorithms (VSOP87, ELP2000, and Meeus’ methods), accurate to roughly an arcminute for the supported era; the service is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. The free tools are open to everyone.

How buying works

The seller of record for digital purchases is Gumroad: checkout happens on its secure pages and your card and billing details are collected and processed by Gumroad under its own terms and privacy policy — we never see or store them. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Prints are fulfilled by our print partners under the shipping terms shown at checkout.

Digital content & your cancellation rights

Under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, at checkout you will be asked to give express consent to immediate delivery of your digital content and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once delivery begins — for our readings, the moment the content is unlocked or emailed to you. Our refunds page states the detail in plain English, including our own change-of-mind promise (a refund within 7 days if you have not accessed the content) and your statutory rights for content that is defective, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality — which nothing here reduces.

Licence keys

Your licence key is personal and non-transferable. Keep it safe: it re-unlocks your reading on your other devices, any time — and if you lose it, contact support and we will help. Keys are revoked if the order is refunded or charged back.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, generated artwork, readings, prints, and software are owned by Astro Precise unless stated otherwise. What you buy is licensed for personal, non-commercial use — keep it, print it for yourself, share it with a friend — but no redistribution, resale, or commercial use. Underlying astronomical algorithms are public-domain science.

Acceptable use

• Use the site for personal, lawful purposes.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the hosted services it relies on.
• Don’t resell or present the readings as professional consultation.

Third-party services & affiliate links

Some features rely on third parties (place-name geocoding, Open-Meteo for sky-condition forecasts, public space-weather feeds, optional map tiles, and — for purchases — Gumroad). Their availability and their own terms are outside our control; our Privacy Policy lists what each receives. Some pages also carry Amazon affiliate links: if you buy through one we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, always disclosed beside the link.

Availability & liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Precise and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, and our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud), and nothing reduces your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
